The resort offers 250 spacious guest suites in 10 pastel buildings with pale-green corrugated-steel roofs and fretwork and other trim in pink, blue, and green. Buildings rise three or five stories and do not contain elevators, but the hillside on which they are arrayed is steep enough to ensure that a walkway leads to each level. (One building is an exception: top-floor guests have to walk up one flight of steps.)
Suites feature balconies or ground-floor patios furnished with chairs and tables. Decor includes rattan furniture colored pink, green, or brown; white ceilings and walls; white-tile floors; bright tropical-print fabrics; and bathrooms with pink-tile stall showers (no tubs). In-room safes are available (surcharges). Smoking is permitted in all rooms.

The hotel is set on an extensive strip of powder white sand on the northern end of Orient Beach (the largest beach in St. Martin). There is a nude beach 20 minutes away.
