La Mer - All tables in this fine-dining restaurant face glass French doors that open to the Pacific Ocean. Décor includes gold leaf on the ceiling and batik panels on the walls. The seasonal menu incorporates island ingredients into traditional French cuisine. An à la carte menu or prix fixe tasting menu of the chef’s recommended dishes is available. Long-sleeved, collared shirt or jacket required for men. Dinner only, reservations recommended.
Orchids - Local ingredients are featured on the menu at this open-air, oceanside restaurant, open daily. Sunday brunch features a full buffet, with local specialties such as kalua pig or Kona coffee pancakes with coconut syrup, as well as sushi and salads. French pastries and an array of desserts are served fresh from the hotel’s on-site bakery. Breakfast is served throughout the week. An à la carte or complete lunch menu is available for business travelers. Dinner menus include traditional and new seafood dishes as well as grilled items. Resort attire is recommended.
House Without A Key - Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails are served daily in a casual, oceanfront, poolside setting. Hawaiian musicians and dancers perform nightly under a century-old kiawe tree. Swimsuits with cover-ups are acceptable attire.
Lewers Lounge - Light fare, including sushi and desserts, is served nightly in this handsome, intimate lounge with Polynesian wall tapestries, dark hardwood floors, and a wood-burning fireplace. Couples dance or listen to standards performed by a jazz pianist. The cocktail menu includes tasting samplers of sake or vodka. Evening resort attire is recommended.
The Veranda - This courtyard-facing, open-air dining area serves tea each afternoon, including imported teas and French pastries. Evening cocktails are also available.
