The Divi’s attractions include two freshwater swimming pools, a shopping arcade, a fitness center, nightly entertainment, a water-sports center with equipment and lessons, and several restaurants and bars. The Tamarijn (a 5-minute walk down the beach) adds on lighted tennis courts for night play plus additional eateries, bars, and another pool for double the fun. The free shuttle runs between the two resorts and the neighboring casino every 15 minutes.
Take dips in both swimming pools, borrow a resort bike to explore the island, or visit underwater worlds with a snorkel and fins. The Divi Aruba Beach Resort’s affiliation with the neighboring Tamarijn Resort allows guests to zip next door for a quick game of night tennis. Floats and equipment for non-motorized water sports such as Sunfish sailing, canoeing, and snorkeling are included in the All-Inclusive Package. Neophyte windsurfers can borrow equipment and attend the “Learn to Windsurf” beach clinic; a snorkeling lesson is available as well.
