The hotel has 234 rooms located within nine buildings arranged in a horseshoe shape including 18 luxurious one Bedroom Suites. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, patio or balcony and are furnished with a king size bed, bath with shower, hairdryer, mini bar (re-stocked daily), flatscreen satellite TV, telephone, in-room safe, ipod docking station, iron/board, tea & coffee maker and nightly turndown service.
Deluxe Garden Rooms - located throughout the property with views of the beautifully landscaped gardens.
Deluxe Ocean Rooms - located in the blocks closest to the ocean. Some ocean views may be partial.
Deluxe Beachfront Rooms - located closest to the ocean.
Garden Suites - Feature a private oversized bathroom with double vanity, Jacuzzi bathtub & separate shower, sitting area, bathrobes and a hammock on the patio/balcony.
Beachfront Suites - are located at the ends of each block, with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.

Couples Negril offers a 24 hour dining service including 3 speciality restaurants, buffet restaurant and casual beach grill, all included in the all inclusive plan:-
Cassava Terrace - Expansive, open-air restaurant under high beamed ceiling. Open for breakfast and lunch buffets daily. For dinner the restaurant offers international cuisine – a la carte service 3 nights a week and 4 themed nights a week.
Otaheite Restaurant - Air-conditioned dining. Open for dinner five nights a week. Serving a la carte Caribbean/Jamaican cuisine. Reservations required. Dress Code applies, closed Mondays.
Lychee- offers a la carte Asian fusion cuisine, open 6 nights a week, no reservations required. Closed Thursdays.
Heliconia – Mediterranean a la carte cuisine including grilled specialities and delicious pasta dishes. No reservations required, closed Saturdays.
Beach Grill - Casual open-air spot set near the beach. Open 11am – 6pm and 11pm – 5am for burgers, jerk chicken, grilled specialities and salads.
There are also five bars to choose from including the Piano Bar, which is close to the lobby with a beamed ceiling and leopard-print seating.
Evening piano, singalong, and karaoke, with disco dancing two nights weekly. Remains open until the last couple leaves!
Couples Negril was ranked number seven among the top 25 hotels in the Caribbean, Bermuda and the Bahamas. The resort was the highest ranking Jamaican resort, as well as the highest ranking all-inclusive resort in the region.
